Only one page showing in the report.
Crawled a site with multiple pages and only one shows up in the results, see image uploaded. I reran the crawl a few times tweaking the settings with the same result.

the image was not uploaded, but I suspect you might be using some wrong options. Do you have include/exclude regular expressions? Did you set the "crawl depth" to something else than zero?

Max pages 200
Max depth 0
Timeouts are default
Rules I unchecked the follow robots rules
Rules was left blank
Increased intelligence - tried both
Quick load - tried both
Stealth always on
