Stuck on the 1st window of the crawl configuration wizard

I have the analyst license. The product stopped working properly last week. First it was only crawling 1 page out of the 50 allowed. Now it doesn't go further than the 1st of 3 crawl configuration steps. All other add-ons are disabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product. What should I do?
