Why Won't Incipio Answer My Emails to Customer Support?

RE: Order: 2008-04-174208: Last week I ordered an IncipioBud. I got an email from Incipio stating that the order was received, but there is no record of the transaction at my PayPal account, so I fear the PayPal transaction failed, and my order is in limbo. I've sent email to support@incipio.com asking for confirmation, but no response.
