Inappropriate?There are 2 ways to get your email BlackBerry Internet Service (from the carrier) or BlackBerry Enterprise Server (from your IT dept). If you're using BlackBerry Internet Service, all operators support attachment views and MS Word and PDF files are supported. View the email, open the drop down (press in on the pearl) and there should be an option to "open attachment".
