Linking an external bank account is archaic.
Say, ING Direct, rather than requiring a customer to mail or FedEx a check to you for $1.00 with 'link' handwritten in the memo line in order to link an external bank account, how about you offer that capability online, real-time, like many of your competitors do? Especially for your business savings accounts.

Inappropriate?I have to also add the fact that when I sent an email to ING bringing up this issue, the semi-canned response I received simply reiterated the process I outlined when opening this thread. So not helpful.
