credit card terminal guaranteed???
Is this product guarnteed? If I buy the credit card terminal application and it does not interface properly (i.e. having difficulty accepting charges) will my money be refunded? this is an expensive application and there are no rating on itunes...

I'm as perplexed as you by the lack of reviews on iTunes. I've even had an enthusiastic customer contact me specifically to say he had left a good review. I'm planning to follow up with Apple to see if there's a problem.
As far as a guarantee, please understand that customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, as I hope you can see by our activity on this forum. But we do not control the billing through iTunes, so it is not in our power to refund money. You would have to contact Apple about that in the event that you have an issue.
But if you do have an issue, we are here in these forums helping customers with their problems as soon as we can. We've tried to provide as much information as possible on our website so that you can understand the capabilities of our product. The main things that you need to understand is that it requires an Authorize.Net account and you will need Edge/3G cell coverage or Wi-Fi wireless internet at the location where you plan to run charges. If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
As far as expense, it's true that the application is expensive for iTunes, but if you look at the whole market of mobile credit card processing you'll find that it's actually quite cheap. We're doing what we can to make the credit card processing side of things cheaper and easier as well.
I hope you'll let me know if you have any specific concerns. I'm happy to let you know that you're far from the first person to use the application, and although we've had a couple of merchants who had trouble configuring the application at first, they received prompt help via this forum and are now satisfied customers.

We’ve made good progress in lowering the total cost, especially the start-up cost, of using Credit Card Terminal. We’ve secured much better credit card processing rates when you sign up for Authorize.Net + Merchant Account, including elimination of the setup, termination, and minimum processing fees.
