phone call and transaction at same time
Just wanted to know what happens to the transaction when using the credit card terminal application if a telephone call comes thru while the transaction is being processed. Does it immediately cause the transaction to cancel, does the transaction continue interrupted, or can the iphone do both answer the call and process transaction at same time?

The bottom line is that Credit Card Terminal uses the same data connection that other internet apps on your phone use — just like Mobile Safari or Mail.
If you're on 3G or Wi-Fi, calls and data can happen at the same time, so there's no worry.
If you're on an Edge network, calls and data cannot happen at the same time. So if you were processing a transaction when a call was received, you would miss the call and it would go to voicemail — just like if you were loading a web page in Safari or syncing Mail.
