"Favorites for iPhone" is misreading the native phone app

HI! "Favorites for iPhones" was working exactly as expected. Now it is not reading the native database correctly. It displays what appears to be a randomly selected number from the numbers possible for a particular contact and sometimes does not display all of the possible numbers for that contact. It sometimes does not even display the first number listed in the native application at all. At other times it lists a number twice that is listed only once in the native database while omitting other numbers. This behavior continues through restarting both the iPhone and my desktop computer. As you can imagine, the application is useless when it doesn't even display the number that I would like displayed as a default. What now?
