Known Issue: Crash in 1.0 when adding favorites for contacts from Microsoft Exchange
Hi all,
Version 1.0 of Favorites has an issue where the app can crash if you're creating a favorite for a contact which was synchronized from Microsoft Exchange. This is because contacts from Exchange sometimes have no labels (like "work" or "mobile") for their phone-numbers and/or email addresses. I didn't spot this issue earlier because contacts from Address Book on the Mac always have such labels, and I had thus assumed that the labels would always exist.
I've fixed this issue in version 1.0.1 of Favorites, which I've submitted to the App Store today (Monday 27th October 2008). Hopefully Apple will approve version 1.0.1 within the next couple of days, and then you'll get the update via iTunes.

Inappropriate?Just a note that Favorites 1.0.1 is now available on the App Store, which should hopefully address this issue. If you've encountered the crash before, grab version 1.0.1 and try it out. If you still have problems after that, get in touch via the contact form and we'll look into it promptly. :)
