iContact Signup Form Module - Looking for some direction

I need some guidance setting up the "iContact signup form" on Joomla 1.5. I installed the module and the component, but there is no instruction on your site as to how to setup the module (I checked the forum and the help desk). I understand that most of it is common sense, but what specifically do I need to enter for the "redirect" and the "script" entries? I have tried several combinations, but with no luck.
