Hi Kurt. That must to have been a temporary glitch. When I click on the link it takes me immediately to the support desk. I have asked others who are outside my network to check it. Will you check it and post back as to whether it works for you now? Thanks. Intellispire Support Team -
Inappropriate?Well the support desk does not work for me, a paying customer. I cut and pasted the actual error message right into the post after licking on your link. I also posted a question to this Talk feature, your email web post form, and calling the telephone number. I have tried those 4 ways of contacting you, and have received no assistance whatsoever in getting the Aweber plugin for Joomla to work. And I tried it again just now and got this again:

Kurt, I cant fix that problem, but I just noticed that there are two slashes at end of support URL. Try copy and paste the URL and remove the extra slash. Or try going to the website http://www.intellispire.com and go to support desk from there. This is just very weird and other people who have tested the link from outside my network are able to get to the support desk with no problem.

Inappropriate?Sybil, I just tried everything you suggested, and it did not work: the link on your web site, one slash or two. It didn't matter. I got the same error.
Now the bottom line is that the Aweber Joomla plug in does not work either. That's why I was calling. The Aweber email parser does not like the rules given in the instructions. Aweber does not support your product and wants $50 to look at it.

Kurt, I have no idea why you are unable to reach our support desk. w/o LOTS of personal info, I cant troubleshoot the problem. I have researched our sales and found an email address that I think is yours. I sent an email to that address. If you receive it, please reply so we can resolve your issue with the aweber plugin. Aweber does not generally support 3rd party software, mostly because they don't have access to the internal workings of that software. They justifiably refer customers back to the developer for support. Please reply to the email if that is indeed you. I left Get Satisfaction in the subject line, so it will be easy to recognize. Thanks.
