505 error when I try to login to sync sync through Wordpress
I had intense debate installed, but then I uninstalled it. I decided to install it again, and it won't let me sync with my site's new comments because when I try to log in to IntenseDebate from my WordPress user settings, i keep getting a 505 error. Any help?

Inappropriate?I'm not entirely sure what would be causing this. I recommend trying to completely clear the settings in the plugin. If you currently can't get to the settings page to do so, please email us at support@intensedebate.com and ask for the "clearID" WP plugin. This plugin, when activated, clears all IntenseDebate settings in WP. Just upload it, activate, deactivate, then try the IntenseDebate plugin again.
