A way to make comments completely unmoderated?
Is there a way to make all comments completely unmoderated? I have 'Moderate all comments' unchecked, but new comments (no blacklist word conflicts) are still moderated.

You should be able to remove all the moderation options, but you'll notice that there are a few different systems that all work together, so you need to disable them all:
- You probably want to set the number of links required for moderation to something very high like 99
- Remove all keywords, email addresses and IPs from the moderation lists (on Settings > Moderation for a particular site).
If you do that and comments are still ending up in your moderation queue then something is going wrong, so please let me know the URL for the site you're working on and I can take a closer look.
