Emailing support is extremely helpful since bugs like this are tracked within our system which is something that we unfortunately cannot do with Get Satisfaction. This is a major limitation of Get Satisfaction for us, and is one of the main reasons why we recommend that you email us for all support related issues rather than use the Get Satisfaction forum (this includes future issues as well).
