Allow basic XHTML and replace HTML (<b>, <i>, etc.) with XHTML equivalent
Please allow usage of basic harmless X/HTML tags and replace HTML tags with their HTML equivalent (so you can use ID on an application/xhtml+xml site).
Basic useful tags that anyone should be able to use include: <code>, <pre>, <q>, <blockquote>, <abbr>, <cite>, <strong>, <em>, <kbd>, <ul>, <ol>, <li>, <dl>, <dt>, <dd>, <a>, and <address>.
All tag names should also be converted to lowercase as uppercase is invalid XHTML.
