bug - generated links break after editing
Steps to reproduce:
1. Write an IntenseDebate comment and include a couple of links to other sites like http://www.google.com
2. Save the comment
3. Edit the comment
4. The link is now broken and prefaced with HTML code as the less than sign got reconverted into HTML entity <
Solution:
Do not re-parse auto-generated links.
