This would be up to your blogging/website system, and is a bit out of the scope of IntenseDebate.
If you're using WordPress then you could create a new user in your system for the commenter, and then give them the "Contributor" role, so they can only work on their own posts. Then you could just copy-paste their comment into a post and assign them as an author.
That's the only way I can think of immediately to do what you're hoping to do :)
