Claim imported comments globally

I suggest the ability to claim comments that were made before IntenseDebate was installed into a site, that will work for both the admin of the site and every "guest" that posted comments with a valid e-mail address (as long as poster's e-mail address was retained during ID import).

Here is a suggestion of how that could work:
When someone make a new IntenseDebate account, s/he could link as many e-mail address to it s/he wants.
New addresses remain unverified until they choose to verify them (e-mail with verify link should be sent to each of them)
After verification is done, all IntenseDebate posts across all internet, automatically linked to that account.

What I don't know is how ID will handle the case that an e-mail account was already claimed by a second account. Normally should not be more than one account per person but that is up to ID devs to decide.
