Comment Moderation WordPress Admin Panel?

I instaled and set up IntenseDebate this afternoon on my WordPress blog and I can not use the WP Admin panel to moderation comments. I don't get the option to sign into Intense Debate like is shows in the WordPress video. It only shows just want just the normal WP comment panel, nothing that will interface with ID.

I check my ID setting and I have it set up to use ID approved comment moderation but still nothing. Is there something missing from the plug in download or has something else gone wrong?
