Comments not appearing on Intense Debate Dashboard

In order to fix some problems with importing my comments I uninstalled and reinstalled my Account here. However the uninstall widget could not restore the code to be blogger friendly so I ran the Intense debate blogger template through the template widget when I reinstalled the blog.
Now comments on my blog are not appearing on my blog dashboard (http://freelanceGuru.co.uk).

Is there a tracking code that I need to update or something?
