Inappropriate?I just took a look at your moderation panel (what loads in WP) and both comments are there. Are you still not seeing them? If you aren't can you please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing to support@intensedebate.com? Please don't post it here since there may be sensitive user info (email, IP) in the screen.
Thanks,
michael

Inappropriate?Whoops!
I just figured out that Intense Debate has implemented something new since I last visited. I see now that you have to click on a blog post to see the comments!
I like this feature, but there still should be a way to see ALL comments across the blog.
Thanks!
I’m happy and have a suggestion.

I just received your email. Sorry about the delay. I'm glad you were able to figure it out. I'm not sure what you mean. Can you please clarify? Thanks. -
I love Will's suggestion -- I really miss the "all comments" history page! -
Inappropriate?Michael,
When you go to the dashboard to view comments, if the top blog listed on the right side doesn't have any comments, then you don't see any comments.
So I kept going to this page and thinking there was a bug because I didn't see any comments. It wasn't until that recent post got a comment that I saw one comment. And eventually figured out that the blog posts on the right side were filters for showing comments.
There should be a "show all" or at least a comments count (count of all comments and count by blog). Something to let the user know what in fact they are or arent' seeing.
Thanks! Keep up the great work.
