Comments showing under the wrong post!

The theme (Carrington) I'm using in Wordpress supports opening comment boxes from the main page. But whenever I open comments from other posts, it just replaces the 1st comment box I opened. ie it opens under the wrong post. Visit www.thinking-aloud.com for example.
