Comments to moderate not appearing.
I have comments to moderate, but for no apparent reason I no longer see anything under the "Comment Moderation" tab on the ID dashboard. Page loads like normal but nothing is listed under the "Moderate comments" header.

Sorry for the delay everyone. Troubleshooting this issue requires info about your blog, so the easiest way to do this is to email me at support with your URL and we will take care of this. Emailing support@intensedebate.com is also extremely helpful since bugs like this are tracked within our system which is something that we unfortunately cannot do with Get Satisfaction.
I know that some of you have provided your URL, however we request that you email us so that this can get entered in our tracking system properly. This is a major limitation of Get Satisfaction for us and is one of the main reasons why we recommend that you email us for all support related issues rather than use the Get Satisfaction forum (this includes future issues as well).

Hey can we get this worked on? I have a pretty active blog and I have been unable to moderate comments for months. -

Also yes, I have received several emails about comments I need to moderate, but I haven't been able to view them on the site.
Also I believe on the screenshot the tab has a "(10)" which I assumes means I have 10 comments I have to moderate? -

Inappropriate?I am still having this problem. It shows I have a comment to moderate, but the comment does not appear in my list. I received an email saying the comment was there, and the (1) shows, but no comment.

Inappropriate?I just started experiencing this issue at JaseMiller.com. In addition, the IntenseDebate javascript isn't loading on my site at the moment. It suggests that javascript may not be enabled (it is), or it is taking too long to load. Not sure if these two issues are related... I only have one comment to moderate (same as descriptions above), but being a small blog, that's a large percentage of my readership.
I’m hopeful about a quick resolution.

The commenting features installed via the WordPress plugin are once again appearing as they should. Visitors to my site are able to comment. When I submitted a comment via my blog using IntenseDebate it worked exactly as it should and I was able to approve it. However, the Comments tab listed (2) comments to moderate when I only saw one. The "missing" comment from yesterday, which I have in email from IntenseDebate still is not showing itself for approval...1 Comment Add a comment

I have a similar problem now... I have zero comments in my moderation queue yet it always says "1". Also it would be awesome if there was some way to delete ALL trackbacks at once instead of 25 at a time.

Inappropriate?Ironically it seems I can get access all my moderation tools now, yet I still get no response from the ID staff. Considering how big my site is I wish I could get some assistance. :/

Inappropriate?Found something interesting, if i go to Extras tab and choose from right panel All Comments Awaiting Moderation RSS feed i can at leat see them, maybe this info is usefull for developers.
