Earthtodanie: The admin highlighting is achieved through an image. I came up with some CSS below that overrides the special stylings for admins. Just add this to your template or your stylesheet:
#idc-container div.idc-admin .idc-c-h {
background: url(http://intensedebate.com/themes/unive...) no-repeat 100% 0;
}

Inappropriate?Michael, thank you for your response. I think I made out ok with a few css changes but I haven't figured out how to change the header for just my comments from blue to a different color. Could point me in the right direction? -
