Dupes again
So i just upgraded the plugin, which first disabled it, and then I had to login again. Then the importer run and yes, once again my comments are full of dupes.
Can you please run your dupe remover on my site? Is it possible to have this dupe-remover run automatically after the import? If not, can I somehow manually run it?
I'm only asking because this seems like a problem that will haunt me forever...
Another request: Can't you make the plugin not lose the login settings when disabled? Akismet is able to do this already so it should be possible.

Inappropriate?It looks like the problem was with our "automatic link parser" (converts www.google.com into a link), so comments with links would duplicate.
I've fixed the issue and reimported for you, do you still have these duplicate comments?
By the way, working on the reply by admin panel bug now.

I haven't heard back from you guys so I deleted the dupes I found as they were still there confusing people. However they will appear again on the next import I believe -

Inappropriate?Let me know if they show up again. I'm sure there's a similarity with the ones that have dupes (I took a quick look at these last time and I think it happened on posts with blockquotes, sorry I never really had the time to look deep into it).
What causes these dupes is when we sync our comments with Wordpress, sometimes they parse things differently than us, so when it's sent back it looks like a different comment. It's just a matter of nailing down all these differentiations.

Yeah, I figured as much. I don't think it's the blockquotes though as I had much more blockquotes active in those posts. If I find any older post which still has dupes I'll point it out so you can check it, otherwise we need to wait until my next import.

Inappropriate?Mike, did you modify the importer code in the new plugin version? That would seem strange because usually you made changes in dupe detection without requiring a new plugin.

Thanks. There's an extra check now during imports to prevent dupes. I think we should be all set in the future. We're all set with the remaining dupe, so please feel free to delete it. Give me a shout if you find anymore.
