Facebook Connect Saying I don't have a valid API but I do.
My facebook connect login is saying I don't have a valid API address but I followed your directions and everything looks fine on the Facebook side of things. ( randythomas.info is my blog that I want it to work on.)

Inappropriate?Hi Randy,
I just took a look at your account and Facebook Connect is not enabled and there is no API key entered. Can you please try re-entering this in your Settings page and let me know how it goes? Select your blog at the top > select the Settings tab in the sidebar > select Comments in the sidebar.
Thanks,
Michael -
I took it off because it was driving me crazy not working. I just put the API key back in and turned it on. It's giving me the same error. -
Inappropriate?Randy, the error I'm getting says:
"
Invalid API key specified
The application you are trying to access does not exist or has been disabled.
"
Which seems to suggest that perhaps you've copy-pasted the API key incorrectly? (missed a letter or 2 perhaps?) or that the Facebook App isn't enabled or set up quite correctly?
Another thing that I've seen cause problems with Facebook Apps is having their URL set with www.something.com, but accessing the site via something.com (no www.). Usually that gives an error that mentions the "incorrect URL" or something similar though, so it's probably not what's happening here.
Can you perhaps try deleting your current Facebook App and set up a new one to see if that helps?
