How do i get intense debate on my wordpress.com hosted blog without using the wordpress.org software? I dont want to use the software i have to download i just want to intstall from wordpress.com.

hmm i saw a blog tht i think is wodpress.com hosted that had intense debate on it. Is there a way to do it through the wordpress.org blogging software? -
