How to prevent I.D. from asking name and e-mail?
I don't need the e-mail and the name of those who comments with OpenID! Just the URL is enough for me.
There are a lot of my friends who don't want to perform any additional steps during commenting. More than that there are a lot of people who don't want to share their nicknames and e-mail addresses.
How can I disable this much annoying feature?

Inappropriate? And one more.. I've checked 'Sing In' box when tried to post a comment with my OpenID. I've asked for the name / e-mail, entered it - comment was added.
Then I've started anonymous session in Chrome, and tried to add another comment with the same OpenID, but then I was asked to enter my e-mail and name again! Please, tell me, what is the logic behind it?
IntenseD has my OpenID and e-mail, and the name from the previous session, so why don't use them? And if don't like cookies? :) You'll keep asking me to post comment in two steps?
Most annoying!
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hey!
May I ask which OpenID provider you are using?
Here's the problem: The OpenID standard is great. It allows third-party applications like IntenseDebate tap into a persons account upon approval, and retrieve all the info we might need to perform a given action - such as posting a comment. The problem is that not all OpenID providers follow the framework of what an OpenID should consist of. Blogger.com's OpenID solution, for instance, does not give us all the info we need to post a comment, and therefore we have to ask for it.
I know this might seem redundant, but when we simply don't have the info we have to ask.. Granted, an email address is not always needed (we don't require it normally for anonymous comments). We do need it for OpenID signups though.
We should probably change the email requirement for anonymous comments though, so thanks for pointing that out.
I’m thankful

Not quite right. I have signed up on IntenseD with my other OpenID (Livejournal.com) and then I opened my blog post (on Blogger) in Chrome, in anonymous mode. I entered my signuped OpenID, and what do you think.. I've been asked for the name / e-mail pair. (even if I check the box: 'sign up')
I can't get it. If my OpenID registered with IntenseD, why do you need my details then?
And one more, we are very cautious people here in Russia, we don't like to share anything. :) Why do you need e-mail and name to post a comment, if you were provided with OpenID? Livejournal, for example, shows OpenID URL as an identifier of the commentator, no name and no e-mail are needed! -
Well.. Our OpenID implementation asks for name, email and URL for posting anonymous comments. Basically as much as we can get, since this benefits the blog publisher. This was requested so we implemented it.
You should be able to login just fine with your OpenID. Don't check the Signup box if you're already signed up. You can't login and post though, you have to click the login link at the top of the page to login to your OpenID or else it won't work. Maybe this what was confusing?
