As most blogs natively just put Trackbacks/Pingbacks together with the comments of a blog post, that's where IntenseDebate puts them as well. However, Trackbacks usually appear on top of the rest of the comments.

Inappropriate?I'd like to do the same thing - why can't I separate comments from the "debate"? I can't even disable them without deleting them... not good. I don't want pingbacks and tweetbacks mixed with comments. wordpress's get_comment($id, $output); returns comment_type, which is (pingback|trackback) - I think the same thing should be possible with intensedebate.
If not, I'll wait until the next release and disable ID until this works...

I almost disabled trackbacks, but I realised it's importance... so I'd like to make them show up in the end of the post page.
Any clues what files I have to edit for this (if it's even possible to)?

Inappropriate?At the very least, how about making a div wrapper for trackbacks/pings, so we can at least style them. At this time, they do not even inherit the comment style wrapper.
