I don't see an option to Import Comments under Blog Tools...
I'm considering the move back to Intense Debate and would like to import my existing comments. I exported them from Disqus into an XML file, but I can't find a way to import them into my Intense Debate account. When I follow the instructions and go to Blog Tools I only see 'Export Comments to XML' and Reinstall/Uninstall. What do I need to do to import?

Currently we do not offer a way to import your Disqus comments. However, could you please email me your XML file? We might be able to work out something, but no promises. Please reference this Get Satisfaction case and include your blog URL.
What blog platform are you using? You might be able to export your comments back into your original comment system and then import them into IntenseDebate from the native comment system (depending on which blog platform you use).

I am using Blogger, and I don't see the Import link either. Is the import ability only available to WordPress blogs? I really would like to start using Intense Debate to manage all my comments, not just new comments. -
Jimmy, currently our blogger importer has been disabled due to some bugs. We are working on a new version though. I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for - I apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm new to intense debate. Installed, then uninstalled due to the import problem. looks like this issue came up 10 months ago, with the latest inquiry 5 months ago. Any update? really would like to take this baby out for a drive -

I want to use this service, as I greatly dislike Disquis, but with no way to import over a year's worth of existing comments, that is just not cool. Especially after the first question and response was asked/given almost 1 year ago.
When will this be fixed?
