IntenseDebate comments count not showing on the main page for Blogger.

Issue: Comments count does not appear on the main page for comments created using IntenseDebate. Pasting below is the relevant code snippet from the modified template after installing IntenseDebate.

Inappropriate?I just checked your blog and everything seems to be in order. The post, "Welcome to MindGap.In" displays that there are 2 comments. Could you please check and see if this issue persists?

The issue persists as before. "Welcome to MindGap.in" shows two comments - these are the old comments not imported at the time of installing IntenseDebate.
Please check the first post on the page: "Taleb and (guru) Mandelbrot together on Credit Crunch". This has three comments over the past three days. This count does not show up on the main page.
Do you guys have any permanent fix for this comment count issue, for I found so many threads talking about the same thing (I was looking for a solution there, but it appears the discussion continued offline).

Inappropriate?Well, I had sent out this email to the designated mail id <support@intensedebate.com> , just in case if it helps expedite the matter.
The given case ID is #256827.
The note, however, says the case is closed (!?!?) since the reply is posted here..?
