IntenseDebate won't parse URL's with an anchor?

If I go to: http://onemillionarrows.com/Blog/Layi... my ID comments do not show up because I assume that the anchor is throwing ID off. If I do not use the anchor as in: http://onemillionarrows.com/Blog/Layi... then the comments show up just fine. I can't easily change my mod_rewrite script to not use the trailing slash...so is there a reason that ID is not able to parse the URL with the anchor correctly?
