Keep getting a 500 error ever since I installed IntenseDebate
I installed IntenseDebate about 5 weeks ago and shortly after, I started getting a 500 error on my site and eventually all my site files dissapeared when I checked my FTP. I called my web host and luckily they provided me with a backup of my site.
Here I am five weeks later and I've decided to give it another shot. I noticed the first 500 error after getting a spam comment (the first spam comment I get in forever and it's through intense debate), but the site went back to normal afterwards. Then, the 500 errors became more and more frequent. I'd really like to know what can be done to remedy this. I'm currently running IntenseDebate with the recent comments widget and top commenters widget.
Thanks.

Inappropriate? Is there any chance that your PHP configuration is not setup to allow remote server access (in this case to itnensedebate.com) from a PHP process? We need to be able to do this for all the syncing functionality to work.

Inappropriate?I called my host and they allowed access and they also parsed my PHP from PHP4 to PHP 5. Thanks!
