Make moderation notifications more visible
Currently, when a comment is caught on moderation, the person who posted it has no idea that it happened. Thus, on the next refresh they think that there's either a bug or it was deleted. So they either try again or accuse or censorship
Can we make a really strong notice be shown when ones comment is caught into moderation?

Inappropriate?I've installed ID on a couple of friends blogs and agree... The 'moderation' text within the email needs to be more prominent. Maybe red and bold (vs currently just bold)?

Inappropriate?Bump: Just posted a comment on the IDC blog and on the next refresh it's invisible (I am assuming caught in moderation). However no notice whatsoever was given about this.
