My reply to a moderated comment does not show up.

I've got a weird one. Someone posted a comment which was caught in moderation. I replied to the moderation email with my answer and this should have approved the comment and posted my reply to it. The comment was approved and my reply was posted but it does not show up, even though IDC reports 2 comments and my reply has already been imported in WP.
