need help
installed Intense Debate on new posts and it is working fine, but the number of comments is always on zero on the home page (www.celebwatchonline.blogspot.com), although there are new comments. What is wrong with that?

Inappropriate?Sorry for the delay. Could you please try reinstalling using our Widget installation? You can do this in your IntenseDebate with the following steps:
1. Login at http://intensedebate.com/logmein.
2. Select the tab named after your blog
3. Select the tab Blog Tools
4. Select Uninstall (located on the left) and follow the instructions
5. After uninstalling, select the reinstall option and choose the Widget installation.

Inappropriate?thanks michael but the problem is still the same the number of comment counts is still not showing in on the home page it is still on zero but i don't need the widget i need for the number of comments counts to show on the on the home page. you can view my blog (celebwatchonline.blogspot.com) and see what im talking about. thanks once again.

Inappropriate?I apologize for the delay. Can you please try reinstalling with the template install (I know that you have already tried this), and then send us your template as an attached file to support@intensedebate.com ? We'll take a look and get everything worked out.
On a separate note, I'd like to request that you please email support@intensedebate.com for all future issues. Emailing support ensures that the issue is logged in our tracking system which is a critical limitation of Get Satisfaction since we're unable to use it with our tracking system.
We will be moving away from providing future support in Get Satisfaction. However until that happens please only email us at support@intensedebate.com.
