OpenID URL must match exactly when logging in.

I've stumbled across a bug with the way IntenseDebate handles OpenIDs. The OpenID I've linked to my IntenseDebate account is a LiveJournal URL. I entered it in my profile as "http://cparker.livejournal.com/". However, if I enter "cparker.livejournal.com" or "http://cparker.livejournal.com", I'm told I don't have an account. The two URLs I enter have to match verbatim. I would expect a canonical function to take care of small details like URL formatting. It's not a huge deal, but it is an annoyance when I forget exactly how I entered the OpenID.
