Please change the message displayed when a user deletes his own comment

Currently when u user goes and deletes his own comment (as in the case of posting a duplicate) the message IDC displays is "This comment has been deleted by the administrator." which is innacurate and gives the wrong impression to other visitors.

Can we modify this to "This comment has been deleted by the original poster."?
