Problem : Not a owner of the blog message
hi,
I installed ID plugin on my blog avinashtech.com and activated it.
But when i try to go to comments page on my blog avinashtech.com, the ID page says " i dont own this site or blog" and i should login with the account associated with the blog.
Thats frustating. I think the blog is still linked with my old ID "avinashiitd" which was deleted by you people on my request.
But it seems you are still not able to dissociate my blog from my old ID id and hence i cant use ID on my blog.
That means i am shifting back again to disqus which works perfectly.

Troubleshooting this issue requires your account info (for verification purposes), so the easiest way to do this is to email me at support with your URL and we will take care of this.
Emailing support@intensedebate.com is also extremely helpful since bugs like this are tracked within our system which is something that we unfortunately cannot do with Get Satisfaction.
We request that you email us so that this can get entered in our tracking system properly. This is a major limitation of Get Satisfaction for us and is one of the main reasons why we recommend that you email us for all support related issues rather than use the Get Satisfaction forum (this includes future issues as well).
