Problem with latin characters in comments (latin codification)
Besides the import problem (I have over 23,000 comments and only a few are being imported) most of my comments have characters like Ñ ñ that are used in the spanish language. All of those words are being displayed something like a23523252...
Should I change the whole coding of my wordpress installation to UTF-8 (currently it is iso-8859-1)? or whats the problem?
