Reputation points randomly appearing as zero (0p)

I have observed users' reputation points appearing as zero (a grey 0p appearing beside their name) when this should not be the case.

I am currently seeing this in the 'Top 10 Commenters' sidebar area/widget of the Wordpress plugin, which lists commenters in descending order of their reputation score. I currently see scores of 90, 0, 82, 82, 80, etc.; obviously the second person listed has a score of between 82 and 90 points but it is being displayed as a grey 0p icon for some reason. The IntenseDebate username in question is 'bodica', but it has reportedly affected other accounts.

The '0p' also appears beside the same commenter's name in the comments area.

I'm continuing to see this (affecting the same user) despite a couple of page reloads.
