Sidebar Widgets not showing on commented articles
Intense Debate rocks and it works great but for whatever reason on the articles that there are comments the sidebar / widgets don't show up. But if the article has none comments everything looks normal.

Inappropriate? It looks like there's some sort of PHP error on your pages when they attempt to output the list of comments which is causing the page to stop loading (and so the code for the sidebar never gets rendered).
I'm releasing v2.4 of the plugin later today, so can you please download that as soon as it's available and see if that fixes the problem? -
Inappropriate?Hello, just update the plugin but now the comments are not even loading like before.
Check it out http://macuserboricua.com/2009/08/05/...
This website uses IntenseDebate comments, but they are not currently loaded because either your browser doesn't support JavaScript, or they didn't load fast enough.
Please Help! -
I'm having a similar issue with the recent comments widget not loading. This is very strange. Everything else is fine. -
Inappropriate?@Waldemar: Judging by the way your page just cuts off, and looking at the source code of the page you linked, it looks like you have a PHP error that's causing a complete stop.
The error appears to be in your comments template, which should be comments.php. If you can't fix it, I might be able to take a look if you send a zip file containin your theme to support@intensedebate.com

Inappropriate?Alright, my php knowledge is very limited, an email is on your way, thanks for the quick response.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Hello, I sent the theme last week, I was wondering if the theme is not good. I might change the theme all together.
Thanks,
W. -
Inappropriate?Hi Waldemar,
Sorry for the delay. From what I can see in your theme, it looks like the problem is that you're probably missing the "twittar" function (perhaps left over from a previous plugin?).
Your comments template file calls that function right where your page stops loading, so I'm guessing the function no longer exists, thus PHP throws a fatal error.
That's on line 31 of your comments.php file. If you remove that line, I think it will work.
Please let me know how that goes,
Beau

Inappropriate?Thank you so much, I forgot that after I fell in love with IntenseDebate I removed a whole bunch of plugins.
Thanks,
W.
I’m happy
