some comments keep not appearing, but are counted in the comment count
on several recent posts, when i reply to a comment via email, some of my comments aren't showing up. they'll be included as a recent comment in the sidebar, they will also be included in the comment count, but they won't show up.
one example is this recent post:

it currently displays the comment count at 5, but only 4 comments show up. the other one is one that I replied to via email.
i've had this happen several times before, and each time the only solution i've been able to come up with is to deactivate intensedebate, reinstall it and re-import all of my comments. i'm hoping that there's a better solution that you can help me with since it seems to occur more often than not.

To get the permalink hover your mouse cursor over the timestamp > right click and select "Copy Link Location" > paste in your email.
On a separate note, we request that you please email support@intensedebate.com for all future issues. Emailing support ensures that the issue is logged in our tracking system which is a critical limitation of Get Satisfaction since we're unable to use it with our tracking system.
