some question about sync and edit

Hi, I just got the investication code and just began to use Intense debate system. There are some questions:

My blog is under Wordpress 2.6.2

1. I've installed the plugin and run Import comments on the config page twice, but it always reported “Import Error”. I do not see any obvious lack of imported comments on the intensedebate page. What's the exact error it happened?

2. After reply a comment, I notice that in my wp database, the new comment has the value 0 on comment_parent column. It means if I tempsorarily remove intensedebate, I will LOST all the reply relation, doesn't it? Should I wait for wp 2.7 if it will be resolved? Or, I can still use wp 2.6, and you will automatically sync the reply structure sometime?

3. While someone reply my comment at intensedebate page, it shows on my blog. But could it also be synced into my local wp database?

4. May I modify the comments? Before I use the thread comment, I did reply the comment by edit it directly. Now I want to change these comment to thread mode. I tried to edit the comment with wp moderate mode, removed my words and added it as a new reply comment. But both the two version of comments exist in the system, and my reply is following the old one!
