Too many trackbacks, makes approval buttons disappear

I was away from my job for a week and unable to approve comments. When I got back, we now have so many trackbacks that my Dashboard will not load all of them. It just stops listing text midway through the list, therefore I have no access to the approval buttons at the bottom.

Some of the trackbacks are legitimate, but most are spam. How am I supposed to approve these now?
