Top 10 blog post widget not decoding special html chars
Blog titles in the Top 10 blog post widget are not decoding special HTML characters. For example, if the blog post title contains quotations marks, I see " instead of "

Inappropriate?The URL is http://www.anatheist.net/. You can find two examples of the html special chars on the home page, just scroll down a bit to the "Most Commented Posts" block.
I am running Wordpress on both Firefox 3 and Google Chrome.
I should note that these chars are rendering correctly in the blog post titles in the Recent Comments widget.
