Wordpress Comment Count Showing more than Actually in Post

I have a comment count issue. If you take a look at the home page or even the blog post...Wordpress shows that there are more comments then actually in the comment section.

Take a look at http://coreyjenkins.tv/what-is-awaren... and you can see that the comment count at the top near the title refers 20 comments, but in the comment section Intense debate is only showing 7.
