Wordpress comment import fails

I've just installed ID (v1.75) on my Wordpress blog. I started the import process and watched the comments scroll by.

The final message was:

We're sorry, we were unable to import any comments at this time.

What would cause this problem? I've had to deactivate until I get this fixed.

I’m frustrated

Thanks for getting in contact Alex. Sorry for the delay. We're aware of an issue with the importer of our legacy plugin. Please try using version 2.0.18.

To download the plugin please go to http://intensedebate.com, select the tab named after your blog followed by the Blog Tools tab. Select the reinstall option on the left, and you'll be able to download version 2.0.18.

Please let me know how it goes.

The comments imported ok.

Unfortunately, my crowdsound and Adsense widgets disappeared from the righthand side sidebar to the bottom left of each blog post.

This is annoying because I want to get started

Also, posting a comments rather an a reply just seems to say 'posting comment...' without ever finishing.

This is a little disappointing.

my url is .www.businessanalystmentor.com and I'm using Firefox (I have used Chrome in the past but it doesn't work with every site).

Any help would be appreciated because I love the tool!
