WordPress dashboard's "Right Now" box comment count out of sync
WordPress dashboard's "Right Now" box currently shows that I have 80+ comments unmoderated, but all the comments in there have been moderated through IntenseDebate via the "Comments" link in the admin sidebar. When I click on that number in the "right Now" box and moderate the comments, it unapproves the same comments in IntenseDebate!
I tried to do a "clean import" through the plugin's settings page, but nothing happened.

Inappropriate?I apologize for the major delay. I reset your import which hopefully should sync everything up and correct the discrepancy.
We are currently putting the finishing touches on the next version of our plugin which should be available in the coming days/week. The latest version features several major code changes to prevent discrepancies from occurring in the future. Please keep an eye on your WordPress admin panel for a plugin update notification once the new plugin is available.

Emailing support is also extremely helpful since bugs like this are tracked within our system which is something that we unfortunately cannot do with Get Satisfaction. This is a major limitation of Get Satisfaction for us, and is one of the main reasons why we recommend that you email us for all support related issues rather than use the Get Satisfaction forum (this includes future issues as well).
