Hey,
The problem could be nested <noscript> tags causing your blog's layout to break. Can you head into the respond section of single.php and look for this line of code:
<noscript><p><strong>Currently you have JavaScript disabled. In order to post comments, please make sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled, and reload the page.</strong> <a href="http://www.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=23852" rel="nofollow external" >Click here for instructions</a> on how to enable JavaScript in your browser.</p></noscript>
Try removing it and see if that helps. If you can't find that line there, check your comments template.
Cheers!</noscript>

Inappropriate?Thanks, Isaac!
That cleared everything up. So far, I haven't noticed any adverse effects of removing this noscript tag. I'll let you know if we run into anything.
Really appreciate your assistance.
I’m happy

Inappropriate? Also, Isaac ... thought it might be useful for Intense Debate to know that the offending <noscript> tag is actually part of the wp-spamfree plugin.
